The Institute of Directors Zimbabwe is proud to host an empowering event in celebration of International Women’s Day under the Women on Boards umbrella. Women on Boards Zimbabwe (WoBZ) is an IoDZ initiative that seeks to increase the number of women in executive and board positions and develop women through training and mentorship. Ultimately, WoBZ strives to place its women members on boards through the IoDZ Board Placement Service

The Institute of Directors Zimbabwe will be facilitating an intelligent dialogue about embracing equity with a prominent panel of experts from across the industry. The panelists bring years of experience and valuable insights for anyone looking to further the progression of gender equality in their workplace.

By engaging in this innovative event, you will be able to:

• Hear from the experts about combating gender stereotypes and sexism
• Get insights about religion in gender equality
• Learn more about current best practices in the field of gender equity
