governance principles are accessible, relatable, and actionable at all levels of society, not just
within boardrooms.
Beyond her executive role, Cathrine serves as an Ex-Officio Member on the IoDZ Council. Her
influence extends into other key governance positions, including Non-Executive Director roles at

accountability within Zimbabwe’s institutions.
Cathrine has served as a committee member for Women in Marketing Zimbabwe and was the
inaugural Chairperson of the African Corporate Governance Network’s Director Week
Celebration Steering Committee. Her dedication to strengthening governance across the continent
highlights her broader vision for ethical leadership and institutional excellence throughout Africa.
A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and leadership, Cathrine is deeply committed
to creating environments where women can thrive. She equips them with tools and opportunities
to unlock their potential and lead with confidence. Through her work, she continues to inspire
ethical leadership and drive transformative changes across various sectors, helping shape the future

Her vision remains clear: to inspire ethical leadership, champion sustainable development, and
cultivate transformative governance practices that elevate both grassroots and institutional
leadership across Zimbabwe and beyond.
